Do boots sell anything for insomniacs??? Preferably something natural that works.
I've never tried anything natural that works. Bach's Rescue Remedy has something though (in with the Bachs items near the vitamins), and if you can find it, there is a Bach's Rescue remedy night xmas giftset in a blue bag, I think it's 7.50 on the half-price sale.
I use the sleapeaze in the 25mg dosage to get to sleep. A full dose is 50mg, but when I buy the 25mg pills I can easily take just half a dose. Night Nurse is also good (in liquid form it's really easy to take just a partial dose for when you need just a push into sleep, but the downside is you're not only getting cold medication that you don't need, but the bleeping bottle is impossible to open!). My main problem is staying asleep once I fall asleep, and both of these products help.
Other tips to get a good night's sleep include shutting off the computer and TV an hour before you want to sleep and just reading or something. Ha, I know, good luck turning the computer off until an hour *after* bedtime! lol0 -
If only .com would let me check out lol.......my basket is showing 352 items for £4...with 18,000 points

I called cs last week as I knew the FCUK weekend bag was in stock and when I asked how I could order it, she offered to add it to my favourites. She just asked me for login on .com and when I logged back in it was there!
hth
p.s. When I called cs I selected the option for .com orders - not sure if that makes any difference?0 -
Just wondering if you go to my order page, then log in with your username would that work?
Just gonna test see if it does;

I don't think it will, for some reason I thought you might just be able to click the link, which will take you to my orders page, then just click the blue checkout button, and enter your address? Hmmm...nope....sorryTreasurer and Co Founder of - The Smile It Won't Hurt Club
