not sure, but they are valid until 1st feb. They usually give out vouchers up until the day the offer ends:D

I buy a LOT of my Clarins items with points, I tend to buy them when the extra points are on combined with a voucher for extra points too then buy more with the points I've earnt ITMS. I buy my essentials then treat myself to the Flash Balm with the points, or a nice gift set with points.

I'd give CS a call to try sort it out tbh as I've never had a problem.

Yes , I bought 3 reduced no 7 products today got 3 for 2 and used the voucher - not a problem, and the sweet girl gave me another voucher

Thanks for the advice everyone. I had selected a gift set and the body lotion but the sa told me that points can't be used to purchase gift sets or special offers on the Clarins counter. Now I'm really annoyed as I so wanted to treat my dd.

No joke they really did have them on xmas eve, some woman stood in the middle of the shop (it was heaving) and ranted LOUDLY about how terrible it was trying to rush the year and before we know it they will have the chritsmas decorations back up:rotfl:

Maybe try to buy it at another counter? i.e. the photo or pharmacy?

You can use your points for anything, except, prescriptions, baby milk up to 6 months, stamps and gift cards.

I used my points before xmas to treat myself to a lancome perfume set - magnifique and its lovely.

Im really anoyed now RE: the NO you cant use the voucher as its already reduced malarky. Especially as its a 40 mile round trip and i went especially to print of loads of pics.

In fact in peeved with my boots totally today:
ACM has been 'out of sevice' since monday,
ALL the photo machines were 'out of service' and they have no idea when they'll be back on again, and the main printing machine was also 'not working due to unforseen circumstances',
my 250pts vouchers when you buy a No7 product WONT scan and the SA's refuse to add them manually even though i have met the conditions of the voucher. And i have about 8 of them.

So thats it MR B im not shopping in boots anymore till you get your staff trained properly and all your machines working. And you'll have my DF to answer to cos he'll start moaning when i start look like ive been dragged through a bush backwards, begin to adopt a not very nice smelling aroma, and make the kids cry cos i havent got my face on.
