query for new bb provider and line rental

hi folks...
am posting on behalf of a friend.

they have been aol customers for bb for yrs and have been having problems with them providing the service they paid for .

they are looking to move to another provider and are looking for the best deal around.

they want a bb provider and hp provider with inclusive 24/7 calls.

any help / advice gratefully received

Tiscali are cheap if your in an LLU area then its £14.99 for 3 months then £19.99 for the remaining 9 months of the 12 months contract.
If not then you also pay £8.24 for your line.
I went with them on the 29th november and switched for my phone + free line rental on 14th December but BT have messed up my mac code so I am still waiting for my BB to move over...I went with Tiscali cos they are the cheapest for the lot...and because my friends are with them...they have no problems at all with them...but if you do need to ring them then thats where they fail...indian call center...and they don't understand a word you say...lol...but for £28 amonth what do you expect...usually you never have to ring them.
