Well he's not mailed again since, so I guess either it was his son trying to be a smart*ss or he looked into it and found he didn't have a leg to stand on.
TBH don't think I'll sell on ebay again after this, puts a nasty taste in your mouth.0 -
Guess I spoke too soon - got a one line ebay message from him last night saying plz resppnd re broken game.
So I did.
I responded politely, via ebay, advising of my rights, how I was sorry if it was genuinely faulty, but that I would not be offering a refund in this instance due to the length of time passed.
The funny part is that a few people on ebay forums are defending him to the hilt, as if it's my problem he didn't test it at the time (if it had indeed developed a fault).
I think I'm done with selling on ebay.
The seller gets shafted every time.0 -
Brody77, I wouldn't worry too much about the ebay seller boards, people think we are hard on here but they make us look like fluffy bunnies.
