I have never, even bought anything on Boxing Day, apart from the odd pint of milk. It's quite a long way from my parents' house in the middle of nowhere in rural Kent to shops, and I'd rather be in bed at 5am or whatever crazy time of day the sales start!

The Next Sale always starts the day after Boxing Day.

Other shops had sales on Christmas Eve or before that where the discount was the same as Boxing Day or the days afterwards.

I noticed in shops looking at stuff I desired but don't need and therefore didn't buy, that they did discount more after Christmas Eve but this was generally due to most sizes not being available in the shops. So if you went online say on Boxing Day or the day after you could actually buy the stuff at the same price.
    I'm not cynical I'm realistic :p

(If a link I give opens pop ups I won't know I don't use windows)
