Contract renewel for T Mobile. Any tips?

Been reading the sticky thread at the top but a lot o the deals were with O2 and Orange. Has anyone had any really good contract negotiations with T Mobile?
If so, any tips for me.

Currently i get 500 off peak minutes and pay £20 a month. They said they would make that £10 a month if i do not upgrade but i do not think that deal was as good as i could get. Been a customer for 10 years now.

A mate of mine got his contract from £21 a month to a £6 without much trouble so dont give up.

get your PAC from Tmobile. Only after that was issued did they offer me the Freetime 750 tariff for £3.99/month. I still declined as I got the O2 leisuretime plus (1000 off peak mins +100 texts+25 xnet mins) for £20.99/year via a cashback deal.

its based on what you spend and loads of other factors...

every account is individual, so you wont get the same deal as mr a and mr b,

they have set limits they can negotiate within,

Do some research, what do you need, do you need a phone or not? If not whats the best price you can get the tariff else where from? or a similar tariff?

call them and tell them and they will try to beat it to retain you....

Ask to cancel and you will be put past customer services and on to Customer Management Team they deal with the retentions,
