  • Sounds like Malware or corrupt security software has affected

    your tcp/ip stack.

    Run a couple of scans and generate HJT log.

    Reset the tcp/ip stack ,or try system restore.
    Always follow the path of least resistance.

    HAd this before on a friend's pc...switch on the windows firewall, and reset all settings (there is a button to do this, can't remember off the top of my head where to find it) and this may cure it...did on theirs...
