Come on. be PROUD to boast about your bargain (s).
Did you have to queue for it (5.00 am CW Sleeping bag?)
what did you miss out on.
Have there been ANY huge savings so far or has it all been a 'Load of Tat' Again!!

Just to say, a lot of the games are stored in drawers near the tills in Woolies.. you have to ask to see what they have left!0

I bought two bags from Accessorize (one everyday handbag, one evening clutch), three pairs of knickers
, a dress (for my cousins wedding next year), a necklace and three pairs of shoes (one evening, two everyday) from Monsoon.
Then from Jane Norman I bought two skirts, one flowery (which can be dressed up to suit any time of year) and one checked wintery one. I always thought Jane Norman was super expensive but the flowery skirt I chose was only £12.50 in the sale which seems very reasonable to me! :j I also picked up a butterfly necklace.0 -
I bought ...
A bluetooth headset thing (£7.49) for my moby, from phones4u
The rest from Woolies
The Living Planet 5 disc set (blu ray) (£12.40)
21 (blu ray movie) £8.30
8 massive toblerones, fruit & nut, £10ish (& I mean jaw breakingly massive)
Nearly bought Fallout 3 (PS3), it had a sticker on it for £32.99 & with the 50% off sign I assumed it would be less than £17 but it was still scanning for the original price at the till, so I left it because I'm sure we can get it cheaper in Game.
So. Spent less than 40 quid and ever so happy.
My mate, however, bought a 50" Samsung 1080p plasma telly for £660-ish from Currys. Me so jealous.0 -
Well the plan was to be outside Next Homestore for 7am this morning but as we counldnt be bothered to get up it was closer to 8am before we got there....
We bought
6x ceiling light fittings
2x standing floor lamps
2x table lamps
2x fireplaces
1x sofa
christmas deccies for next year
and a green candle
Total spend was just under £800. But we did save over £1600. Move into our new home in 23 days so it should kit it out quite nicely.
IMO Next Home Store had loads of great bargains. Cant speak for the clothes store as we didnt bother with it
Going back with a van tomorrow to pick it all up.0 -
Few bits & pieces in Woolies (not worth mentioning). In the Pro Cook shop I got a big baking sheet (was £13.95 reduced to £6) which has a 10 year guarantee so hopefully will be good.If I had known then what I know now . . .
:A Official Boots Tart (I seem to be retired just now though) :A0
