Shouldn't really make a difference whether you are on a mac or not. The forum software requires you to do the same thing to post an image whichever OS you are on. Just a case of making sure that the link you are copying and pasting is a direct one to the image file, and that you do it so that the forum knows it is meant to be displayed as a picture rather than a link to click on.
I'm posting this from a lappy running Linux, and it makes no difference to the mechanics of posting a pic.
Sorry to hijack again Bat.
I had a mac a few years ago and it just takes a bit of time to get used to it again. However when I right click on an image it doesn't give the option to copy so I have to drag and drop.

Is that in Safari? Never liked it so haven't used it much.
So no option to "copy image location" or something similar?
Is there an option to "view image"? If you could do that then you would then just copy the correct link from the browser's address bar.
Dragging and dropping a picture is going to be hit and miss at best, and is likely to cause problems.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
