Snowman Poop could be mini marshmallows or mints
Each section is a separate poem

Santa checked his list not once, but twice.
He found you've been naughty not nice.
Since coal is so expensive, Here's the scoop.
He's filled your stocking with Snowman poop!!!

Heard you've been naughty so here's the scoop
all you get for Christmas is snowman poop

I heard you've been naughty, so listen: here's the scoop.
I'm running short on coal this year, So you get snowman poop.
Love, Santa ** this one is my favourite**

I made this for Halloween on my blog but it could so easily be adapted for Christmas - especially since the candles are Cranberry spice ones from ikea and really cheap. candletin1.jpg
The tin is just an empty one of those chocolate cigar wafer tins from Poundland - The tin fits 6 candles perfectly - another pressie for under £5 :)

I am planning on making all of my Christmas pressies this year…

I have just glued a felt design onto a cover case for my nephew… he is only 6 months old, I am going to sew around the edges once it has dried…

My other nephew (who is 10) is getting a journal jar and I am making one for my Grandparents too, every one else is getting pots of gold. I am going to make my OH a pot of gold, a pint of socks and some other stuff (I’ve not quite decided yet).

I thought I’d start early with all the Christmas stuff to save money, but I’ve just found out that RBS have charged me £76 for two Palpal transactions that bounced. I’m such an idiot for letting it happen… maybe this Christmas won’t be as MSE-esque as I’d hoped!! :o( I am feeling a bit deflated at the moment.

NEgirl - love the tin and candles...........what a brilliant idea.
Just when I think I'm about caught up............well think I have for this year but I'll make a not of the candle tin for next christmas or possible a birthday.
Got another flannel reindeer done for sons girlfriend and made a little gift bag for a bracelet I got for her from boot fair this morning and thats her birthday and christmas shoe box both full.............just need the ribbon round the box now and they're ready.

Have to post hers and my sons as they live on the south coast..........don't know what the postal situation is likely to be like.............anyone posting anything really early 'just in case' ??
I would be unstoppable if only I could get started !

    Odd sock hangers...3998778028_410ef2c9bf_m.jpg

I've just been drooling over your beautiful things again :A. I love these tea towel and sock hanger ideas - do you have any instructions on your blog on how to make them? I couldn't see any but then I must confess I got terribly sidetracked looking at all your lovely things!

I know they look easy but I need a noddy guide for everything! Also what font did you use?
    Thankyou

Aww thank you so much everyone - i really love making things :)

Funnyfreckle - I went to B&Q and got a sheet of MDF cut to 6x12 and 6x6 (i think they got 8 of the bigger ones and about 16 smaller ones out of 1 £4.50 sheet!) I stuck scrapbook papers to the front with spray adhesive, painted the edges and let dry before superglueing the pegs in place. The little sayings were printed out using a mix of Curlz font and Bradley Hand font - they were already on my word doc so im presuming they are readily available :) I then stamped and added little glittery embellishments :)

If you need any more info just give me a shout :D
