I have a blackberry with t-mobile and i want to change the tariff but none of the 'press1...press 2...' applies to me. I just want to speak to a real person! Will I have to go into a t-mobile shop?

Not sure if it works with the T-mibile system, but often if you do nothing, the system will time-out and connect you to a real person. Some however, just drop the call.
If this does not work, just pick whichever option sounds most likely to go to a real person - cancelation, fault reporting or something like that. They should then be able to connect you to the right department.[size=-2] If this post was unhelpful, please tell me.

Thats worked for me calling the 0845 CS number.0 -
Just go through on ANY option, they all take you through to customer services... all advisors are trained to take general customer service calls... some advisors specialise in a certain area Eg, Upgrades/retentions, tech support, But they can all deal with your enquiry and if they can't they can transfer you to someone who can
I use The lost and stolen option alot.....
Used to work for tmobile and the IVR (automated service) Used to be a pain, customers always used to complain about it!:beer:0 -
Use this freephone number to call TMobile: 0808 12199990
-
Its free from your tmobile handset when dialling 150 as well:beer:0
-
If its an ONLINE tariff, in which case yes it would be 50p per minute BUT would incur a max charge of £5 per call....
All other contracts that tmobile sell are free customer services:beer:0 -
If you actually listen to the options all other queries are under options 4 5 20
-
If you ever have problems getting through at busy times if you phone their number as if from another country on 07953 966 150 you will get through to someone within seconds every time.
Sorry if this has already been mentioned
