Smile banking - terrible online service?!

Why not 'phone them to inquire? Use SayNoTo0870 and find the alternative contact number. Unfortunately there's lots of universal ignorance around these days.
Although Smile have always replied promptly, usually within 24 hours, to any PM I've sent.0 -
I've had something similar happen to me, but with my Smile credit card. I sent a payment from my current account after 6pm on the Thursday before the royal wedding weekend. It sat in my account until Tuesday morning, but the credit card recorded the payment as received before then.
Can't promise, but the money has probably been sent. What does your "available to withdraw" thingummy say? But ring them anyway-they've always been brilliant when I've phoned.import this0 -

The only 0800 number on SayNoTo0870 is for activation of credit card . Tried it yesterday just in case it transferred to a human . It didn't .
I'll have to phone them and pay the 8p a minute to solve a problem they've caused .
Rather have a secure message though and don't understand why they won't reply .
The available balance is the same as account balance so they just haven't done the transfer at all .
I checked previously to see what the largest transfer amount is (which is what I'm sending) so it can't be that .
Dunno , very worrying0 -
Just looked again on saynoto0870 and searched on the number instead of the bank name and found 0800 0284470 which takes you to Co-Op bank , just ask for Smile .
They say they don't know why I haven't received a secure message reply .
They don't know why my account was closed and dept closed today .
The Bill payment goes next working day if over £5000 , so will go Monday .
If I could have paid by bacs it would have gone Friday but I had to use a reference no. for new Building Society so had to use Bill Pay .0
