    and thats my worry, I want a real one and in this persons ebay shop they look real. but i know pictures can be spectacular and not to go by a picture alone.

    Would you be 100% sure to spot a good one, could you be fooled by a clever fake?

    If so, don't bother , only buy from a genuine stockist.

    Not 100% sure - so may have to give up the idea. it's an old watch circa 2000 so don't know off any shops that deal in 2nd hand TH watches.

    Ah, but that could be a problem. My friend who has been registered on eBay for a few years thought she bought a genuine item, then when she tried to sell it, the listing got pulled as someone reported that the picture was a fake. So sometimes genuine buyers who buy something and then sell it may not know that they have bought a fake item.
