17:6:1 is still in draft form and includes such crap as....

Always take make-up of before bed
Stop sitting with lap top watching tv and do something more interesting
Lose a stone
Finish my divemaster course work and qualify
Move on and let go of someone that does not need to be in my life :whistle:
Work hard to make my new job a success (could go eitherway!):eek:
Stay within my meague budget.
Stay focussed and post on here more.

Will that do to be going on with... oh yes and another one stop being a slob and make an effort, even when not going to work or out out.
Remember the cute guy at costa and that you bump into everyone you know in sainsburys when are look like waynetta slob!!!

Morning OB! See!!!? You can do it - you can post (when pushed enough, or was it just the thought of my shivering that made you take pity?)

V17:6.1 sounds like it has the basis for a really good plan. I too am guilty of not always making the effort - and it is always when I don't that I bump into someone and wish I had. Never anyone around when I am looking my best!

Looks like you may have some interesting times ahead - some fun and some a little more challenging! I'll always be here if you need someone to listen to your moans, rants, tantrums and success stories.

Not holding my breath for the next installment - I want to be around for Christmas! :rotfl:But it should definitely be good!

OK so its been a month!!!!!

I hope you had a great Christmas and New Year :beer:
I have decided I will start a New 2011 Diary and set my goals etc out and do minimum of weekly posts :eek:
Feeling fat and lethargic so will take a cuppa back to bed (not back at work until tomorrow) read a chapter of my book then start my day again! with tidying the wardrobe then a 10k step walk into town for spinach and coriander (vital for tonight's dinner) may treat myself to a skinny gingerbread latte at Costa, oh yes and will prepare a mango and banana smoothie breakfast prior to walk- also walking in my new fit flop boots that Santa gave me so well on my way to Goddess status:rotfl:

Hi OBNW,

I've been lurking and have to comment, I started as a temp postie for 13 weeks, 14 years later Royal Mail paid for my HGV licence and gave me various promotions and am now a revenue manager for them.

The pay is good and the overtime helps. hopefully they will keep him on. I am currently facing a managerial reorganisation so fingers crossed i will keep my job. I will get round to starting a diary but i need to work out how much i owe.
