See posts #35, #44 and #45 from snarf999, prowla and will007 on Christmas and Boxing Day, all referring to the text on the Amazon site at the time: "we will refund you a maximum of £3 against your purchases in our MP3 store on Christmas Day or Boxing Day 2008. We will refund your credit or debit card by the 9th January 2009"

Anyone received their refund yet - I know it is not the 9th yet, but wondered if Amazon are holding out until the 9th or whether some have come through?

I've received a refund confirmation email today but it appears to only be for one track at 79p. However when I log into my Amazon account and look at the order I can see a refund for £3 total, all dated today Jan 8th, so I assume the other confirmation emails will follow. :cheesy:

I received an e-mail refund confirmation for 69p. Amazon account says I'll get £3 pounds though so I'm not worried. Will only know for sure when I can see it on my Credit Card statement...

As other people have mentioned, I also got the email saying I would get £3 refunded. Have also just received this one:
