    oh my God bought my bil a phone just had the most COMPLICATED conversation to try and get 10 quid credit put on it.

    Holy Jesus I HATE phone calls like that.

    Lou - Sorry, I just think that is out of order if you have said don't contact her? why on earth are they?

    I mean I know they can't do anything with out patient/client(!) consent but it just makes it all so bloody akward. the same sort of thing happens to everyone with older family members who are getting a frail/confused. makes me mad .

    Its not good news about the Zavvi vouchers. I just found this on their website:
