last minte shopping done, high street not too bad, had a lovely chat with my best friend and am meant to be wrapping presents! and then cooking dinner. icing a christmas log, makiing biscuits. ........

so shouldn't really be here.

Bu Louise I am so sorry about your MIL. what an utter nightmare. At least when my Grandad had to be put in a home he didn't have a phone (he always refused) so when he didn't answer the door to the Social worker(the one time she visited him) he didn't answer which only helped.

how can the idiot on the phone not realised she is confused (if she was talking about them selling stuff???)

I have eventualey wrapped up the presents, only have DS's to do when they have gone to bed although I am not sure how to wrap up a drum kit:D

I treat myself to a gorgeous bouquet of flowers for my table as no bugg er else would buy me any:rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Think I will watch National Lampoons Christmas vacation later then Mama Mia before I watch Midnight Service.........our church has stopped doing the Midnight service.

It was, but felt much worse this morning when we found the ..... erm .... footprints realised he'd been in the back garden. DH is home for a few days now, so he'll sort him out if he comes back

Im OK I dont need anything, thanks anyway I dont want you to contact me again...........and as we are getting her assessed for mobility aids as well as the memory problem they would have probably thought she knew what she was talking about:rolleyes:

Despite my telling them NOT to contact her:mad:

They were very easily put off though, if I was working for them I would have checked with at least 1 other contact before dropping the case.
