Bu Louise I am so sorry about your MIL. what an utter nightmare. At least when my Grandad had to be put in a home he didn't have a phone (he always refused) so when he didn't answer the door to the Social worker(the one time she visited him) he didn't answer which only helped.
how can the idiot on the phone not realised she is confused (if she was talking about them selling stuff???)
maddessxxxxNevertheless she persisted.0 -

Im OK I dont need anything, thanks anyway I dont want you to contact me again...........and as we are getting her assessed for mobility aids as well as the memory problem they would have probably thought she knew what she was talking about:rolleyes:
Despite my telling them NOT to contact her:mad:
They were very easily put off though, if I was working for them I would have checked with at least 1 other contact before dropping the case. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
