Collecting £20 notes- rare serials

I get to count a lot of notes in my job and wondered if anyone knew where I can find out abit more about collecting currency and finding out which ones are worth collecting etc. I can't find much on Google Any ideas?

Just paid a temp member of staff £20 for doing a job and the shop she took it to would not accept it. It only had one serial number printed on the one side. Not two as there should be. She took it to the bank who exchanged it!!! Anyone heard of this problem?
