  • Five years old.!! Buy a new sofa.
  • We have bought a new sofa for the lounge but the old one we have put in the conservatory we have recently had built - it doesn't get sat on that often as we are always at work so it looks good most of the time!!!

We have exactly the same problem with our M&S sofa. The cushions are filled with polyfibre and are now in an awful state. Even daily plumping and turning them over makes little difference. M&S offered to sell me some replacement cushions for some extortionate price! - I'd never buy furniture from them again.
