    How did you get delivery for today? Thought the cut off was 4pm?

    Some friends of mine ordered around the same time and they had to choose delivery on the 25th! Should be interesting

    thought i had booked, got in on the secure link went all the way through and i did not get a dispatch email straight away (thought it was because of the system being busy).

    Well, this morning I am reading that some have had theirs delivered and when I went back under history on my account on Thorntons site there are no orders:mad:

    something must have gone wrong but in my excitement at having got into the site I did not double check yesterday:mad:

    Happy for those that did get the choccies though:D

    My order has arrived, but with a lot of disappointing substitutions. Instead of a box of 485gm choc ginger I have two bags of 120gm, plus a couple of ginger bars. Nothing has come boxed, so the Turkish Delight is also in two small bags. I would not have chosen to buy anything I have actually received.

    Am sooo impressed with the service from Thorntons - I ordered at around 4pm yesterday and my choccies arrived this morning at 8am!!! - guess what we had for breakfast :)

    - what a shame - I'm sure if you give them a call they'll arrange a refund as they haven't provided you with what you ordered

    - fortunately I got everything I ordered
