I spent about £26incl delivery & got 2 extra santa lollies & 2 extra bags of jellies...... guessing it was just a picking error though.

    Very impressed.

I ordered on the 24th as well , email says delivery 3-5 days .
Never pay more than you have too
  • Anyone else having problems with their delivery of items ordered? I placed an order for chocolates to give to family as gifts tonight and paid for gold delivery on 30 December as I knew I would be in. The courier company tried to deliever them a day early when I was at work. According to their website they tried to deliever again yesterday but they didn't because I was at home all day and no-one called. There is a number to call on the courier card but it's a recorded message so I can't speak to anyone.

I'm so cross now as if I go and pick the parcel up from the depot it's a 60 mile round trip:eek: and I don't even know for sure its there. I've tried e-mailing Thorntons customer services but no response. What do I do now?! If I don't get the chocolates today I don't even want them and I will have to rush out this afternoon and buy something else to give to my family.

I would but all that happens when I phone is that a message says "there is currently no-one available to take your call" and it then hangs up on me
