I thought employers had to ensure pay was in their employees' bank accounts on the specified pay day? As in, it's illegal not to unless there are exceptional circumstances?
I've had quite a bit of trouble with my pay going in late some months and really early others (a nightmare for DDs and budgeting) so have asked around and this is the general consensus. Not saying it's gospel, but I think it's extremely unfair to be paid late because your pay day lands on a weekend/holiday. You should be paid tomorrow in my opinion!0 -

So its not illegal for them to do this. My company is a huge company with over 30.000 people working there surely there system is automated so i get paid tomoorrow??0
