Herb and garlic cream Cheese-Philladelphia, any ideas for food/cooking??

I spread some garlic and herb cream cheese on the bread before I made a cheese toastie the other day, it was really tasty!

You can make a really lovely mediterranean style chicken casserole using garlic & herb cream cheese...

Cook chopped onions in a flameproof casserole dish over the stove and add chopped veg of your choice (eg. bell peppers, carrots, etc) and cook until softened. Add a tin of chopped tomatoes and set aside.

Take your chicken fillets (with skin on) and make make 'pockets' between the skin and the meat, then stuff the pocket on each fillet with some cream cheese.

Place the chicken fillets in the casserole dish with everything else and spoon over some of the veg mix so the chicken is not just sitting on top.

Put in oven for about 30 mins (can't remember temp, sorry) and then mix in some rice and put it back in the oven until the rice has soaked up some of the juices and is properly cooked ... delish! (or serve with potatoes) .... Very tasty
