The best deal at the moment - but I could be corrected.
I have had a good look around appears to be the following.
Orange Online
Racoon 35 - Blackberry email - Internet - Unlimited landline calls - Magic numbers - brought online £34.25 pm Free Phone
700 mins and 100 Texts
Buy via quidco and get £60 cash back aswell.
Let me know if anyone can find a better deal for the
New Blackberry Curve 89000 -
mobiles.co.uk (part of Carphonewarehouse), have the 8900 for £35 on 18th month contract.
Same kinda minutes and text and data/Internet deal.
There is also £40 cashback via quidco and if you choose the O2 tariff you can get either £170 cashback straight away or 16 months half price line rental via redemption.
I would imagine also that the phone would be unlocked and unbranded as they are part of CPW.
CPW also have the 8900 on offer again with same amount of minutes/ texts etc etc also with £60 cashback via quidco on O2 & Orange.
The good thing with CPW is that the phones are unlocked and unbranded.
May be worth going to a few shops and phoning the telesales departments to see what they may offer you after all we are in a credit crunch and they need your business!
I went to CPW in Trafford Centre and without much haggling was offered a free bluetooth headset and £20 cashback on any old phone brought in within 14 days.
Let us know what deal you get :j0 -
I've got the phone coming tomorrow, hurrah0

Are you sure that the CPW and mobiles.co.uk sites dont charge £35 plus £5 for blackberry services therefore its £40 per month??
As orange online offer - 34.25 including blackberry services due to their current online discount linerental etc.
I suggest you double check. Thats £90 saving over the term via orange online. Plus £60 cash back via quidco.
Also where and which deal did you opt for?0 -

Hi,
Yes I'm quite sure:
http://mobiles.co.uk/o2-blackberry-curve-8900-javelin.html
http://shop.carphonewarehouse.com/pay-monthly/blackberry/curve-8900-titanium/o2/ob358bbunlmtd/?#blackberry-curve-8900-titanium
From Carphonewares link above:
BlackBerry Unlimited
Fair usage policy applies and average monthly usage is expected to be below 75MB. O2 reserves the right to apply extra charges or to withdraw the BlackBerry Internet Service from any individual at any time in the case of suspected overuse or abuse of the service. Any charges introduced shall be binding and final as between You and O2 and shall not be the subject of mediation or arbitration.
The monthly line rental charge excludes Web browsing on non RIM manufactured (BlackBerry Connect™) devices and WAP browsing.
It's the same on O2's website it gives you a free bolt on with the £35 tariff.
Select Unlimited Wifi and continue with transaction and then it tells you what is included which is the Blackberry Internet Service.
I am going on Wednesday to get some offers from shops, then will phone telesales people to see what they say and at the end of the day look at the best offer and decide.
I'm quite tempted to go with mobiles.co.uk but still wary of these cashback sites but even the £170 auto cashback work reduce your line rental to £25.56 over the 18 months not including the £40 quidco.
Plus being part of CPW the phone should also be unbranded and unlocked.
I will use mobiles.co.uk and it's offers as a haggling tool to see if I can get reduced line rental or other goodies etc we'll see....0 -
