he said i wasnt spending anything and i shouldnt use the vouchers for things that are under £5 because people have been misuseing the promotion (in front of the whole que!!)
I think that's worth recounting to Customer Services in an email. It would have made me angry if I'd been in your position because what 'people' do, is not necessarily what an individual is doing.

Bath Southgate branch has EA items in that you can get for free.
The EA range has it own stand close to the make up. And they have lavender and cedarwood relaxing bathing powder (purple powder silver lid) huge tub for a £1. Umm free to me . And also a lavender and cedarwood relaxing body mask for £1.24 so 24p each to me. Some of the other relaxing range was cheap. Around £1.99 so with the voucher only 99p for a body scrub. So would be nice to make up a little gift set. Or for giving to a raffle etc. I only took two of each of the the powder and body mask and there was still loads left.
Also had a couple of the foot scrub gift sets left.
Also orange and bergmot perfume down to £2 only one left though. Just want to know who had all the candles and pulse point thingys though as none there
But both SA where surprised when it took a £1 off each of the EA and I just acted all surprised like really
Hope that helps someone.
Yours

I have just come back from Boots Canterbury. There were several products in the EA range which were there for the first time, and I was really pleased to find the bright green Balancing gift set for 64p. Quite a few on the shelf, and I only had two, as well as one of the lavender bath powders, now £1.By the way, the gift boxes were stacked on the neighbouring Flower Therapy section, so it pays to look carefully! So chuffed, I splashed out a fiver on the TD night moisturiser! (all with the vouchers)
All the best,
