It's very late in the day now but you should have asked for a review of the crisis loan decision but ONLY for food and day to day living expenses. It is not a crisis situation if you can't afford presents.
This afternoon or first thing tomorrow morning ring the JCP Crisis Loan section and ask for a review of the decision. I realise it's often very difficult to get through to them but if you really can't get through on the phone try ringing the Independent Review Service www.irs-review.org.uk/index.html. In emergency situations they can help to escalate claims and might even contact the JCP on your behalf.I'll get you, my pretty, and your little dog too!0 -

Now closed until 29th... sorry..Oops!! Should I have posted this??? Some users don't think I shouldn't be offering advice due to my occupation!!!
