Was that the same car industry and mines that were always on strike?0 -

Yes like handing over regulation of the finance industry to a wet blanket called the FSA was indeed a Global Decision. Reducing interest rates to create a credit boom was a global decision?0 -
I'm in a dilema as to who to vote for, and frankly the tory's will never win labour will probably loose, I can't stand david cameron he's even more of a clown and should spend time seriously thinking of how to resolve the countries problems rather than thinking up humuros lines to deliver when parliment is in session andf we sit and listen to the radio wodering why the hell we pay these people to run the country considering they spend more time worrying about their own image and having a laugh0

Blair did exactly the same when in opposition! Cheap jokes and jibes didn't do him any harm!0 -

Remember the says when he would not have needed to...... I do and I am 37!! I can remember our front door being open for the neighbours to pop in and out, you dare not do that these days.0 -
In t'countryside, my parents only lock their doors at night. And then, if they remember.
They do have a large (and growing larger) collie puppy with a big bark, though....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
More twaddle! Your post about the BNP was typical NuLab twaddle that is spouted from NuLab everytime the BNP enters the debate. So I don't have to make my mind up about anything! Your posts are naive and condescending and you are VERY out of touch with reality.
PFI is a NuLab initiative that involves profit-seeking coporations who profit by providing a !!!! or non-existant service to the public sector! They haven't got the tax payer in mind because all they care about is the shareholder! Metronet was a perfect example of the failiure of the NuLab PFI and they are many others! Google it and don't rely on the on-message of your NuLab mates and former lecturers! Your point is invalid and you need to study PFI and reasses your views on the subject. PFI is a failiure and you know diddly-squat on the subject.
I disagree with you - so you get over it! But I'm glad that you pointed out my logic, however; I'm yet to recognise yours? You reply to anyone who disagrees with your views in a condescending and arrogant fashion? Why? You're too naive and short on life experience to have a chip on your shoulder - like me?
Also bear in mind that it was you that spouted out your background on these boards! It was you that told us how your career was laid out for you because you went to some exclusive establishment and were brainwashed by very out of touch individuals and out dated/disproven books! It was also you who had the cheek to tell the rest of us to study political theory? I presume nothing!
Your arrogance blinds you!

No matter how many names you call me, none of what you say constitutes a convincing comment or argument of any kind. You cannot just vomit statements as if you spout the gospel, and hope that people will confuse them with facts - you can comment all you like about my alleged ignorance, arrogance, stupidity etc, and my alleged background, but shouting it over and over again isn't the most convincing form.
I'm not going to go into the details of your Metronet rant, suffice to say that even if it were considered a failure, that hardly constitutes a convincing argument that all PFI has been, is and will be a failure.
All mainstream political parties have officially, and very loudly, expressed their disapproval, to put it mildly, of the BNP - not just Labour. And if you haven't noticed that, I would suggest you are somewhat out of touch with reality.
And finally, I find it odd that you associate education with brainwashing. All I have said on these boards is that I received a grant to go to a very good university - one which taught me how to think for myself. If you want to shout about the fact that my education brainwashed me, I'm afraid you're achieving very little other than exposing yourself as an inverted snob, a jealous idiot - and worst of all, an arrogant fool, for implying that your so-called wisdom is of more value than education and learning.0 -

The credit boom caused by sub-prime lending, ie easy lending, not cheap lending.
And the Bank of England, and independent entity, sets rates anyway, not the Government.0 -
