I can't believe you said that! And I bet you're not gorgeous either!

If you think we're having it good you must be ill. We have a government who lie and cheat. A government who have destroyed the NHS, Education, Police Force. People are left to scrounge scraps while living in hovels. Unemployment has risen terrifyingly. The Pound is almost worthless. Huge companies have gone bust (Woolworth's for example - who would have imagined that happening?!)

The nation is stony broke, scores are being made redundant, people are in debt up to their eyeballs, crime is rising daily, prisons are overflowing, people are dying needlessly because the government aren't funding the NHS, children are leaving school without the ability to read and write properly, and we are in a recession soon to be Depression.

You think we're having it good?!?!

    dimwit,

I look forward to seeing the fox hunting toff boys come in to power and make things worse. (btw "We have a government who lie and cheat" has been the case since the inception of party politics)

  • Maggie Thatcher - our best prime minister.
  • People in the north east where I live will vote Labour. They would vote labour if you put a monkey up for election.

As an experiment they tried that in Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath in Scotland and the theory was proved to be correct.

I am no fan of the Tories either, not the last Government anyway, I can just about Remember the dire wages on offer, £1.80 an hour with no minimum wage , I kid you not !! The Less well off were almost presecuted... So not everything Labour has done is bad..far from it,ALthough its shameful failure to build social houseing to any extent is a true Betrayal .
But after a Decade or more in charge some of the more Marxist Inclinations seem to be more apparent, not least the way the Police have been so politicised ... Every Government comes to the end of the line at some point..Labour has reached it IMO ..
  • Utter idiocy. Some people have such short memories. More fool them. Labour for me - not to get Labour in so much as to keep the Tories out.
  • i like vince cable i really do, but don't know if i can see myself voting lib dem.

clown and the rest of his circus can't get another term surely???????

It will only be the benefits brigade that will vote for labour. I even think the genuine working classes who used to be majority labour voters will vote elsewhere. (Who is to blame for many of them losing their jobs?)

The ''old and bold'' mindsets however may not vote in a tory government:rolleyes:

These results are exactly the same as the results from the previous polls that have been on here the last few months, tories way out on top.

I would actually vote lib dems, but see it as a wasted vote as i believe its between the big 2.

Yes they do have short memories - they cant remember massive inflation caused by labour governments in the 70's.

you think we're having it good Quote.

Well that's what always happens when you have a labour government in power. Then the tories come in and get slated for what they have to do to clean up the mess.Come the election the people seem to develop short memories get conned again and vote the labour back in and the cycle starts again.
    It never changes.
