hey everyone..
oh bunny, it makes me almost cry reading your post... i don't know what to suggest that you won't have already thought of and tried...
the thing that keeps my mood up and staves off the down spells is exercise, not just rushing around being active but actually making time for myself and having an hour or so of structured exercise once or twice a week....
easier said than done....i know....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
