Monday Mayhem..
- Make sure you have all the shopping you need to take you through to next week.. milk and bread especially!
- S&S the bathroom/s and loo's
- Change any bedding you need to get washed before the fat guy arrives.. and I do not mean the OH/parent/ etc
- Catch up on the laundry .. ironing is tomorrows job!
- Dust round the whole downstairs
- do a crazy HHC decluttering downstairs
- Vacuum through downstairs.. and the stairs!
- Mop the kitchen floor!
- Get rid of the washing up.. delegation is good!
- Declutter your desk.. if it is anything like mine it is full of receipts and invoices!
- Wash any soft furnishings in need of freshening up
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much.But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
DH and I have been for a lovely long walk - he forgot the chocolate though :eek: :mad: :rotfl: I'm now having a cup of tea and a mince pie before I start The Final Push. We're off to the seside for a walk along the beach tomorrow, then a fish and chip lunch, before home for the candle-lit carol service.

- Make sure you have all the shopping you need to take you through to next week.. milk and bread especially!
- Make sure the last of the presents are wrapped I will not have people sitting up while 5am on Christmas morning wrapping! I always do my wrapping on Christmas Eve
- Change any bedding you need to get washed before the fat guy arrives.. and I do not mean the OH/parent/ etc that's for today - DH and the children do it so much better than I do :T
- Spend at least half an hour doing something for yourself.. reading.. relaxing.. goggling... remember you are important too. I baked yesterday, with my new Christmas CD in the background - very relaxing for me
- [STRIKE]Children... quick.. tidy your rooms you don't want Santa thinking you don't look after your stuff.. he might not leave any presents![/STRIKE]
- [STRIKE]Iron yesterdays wash mountain[/STRIKE]
- Vacuum through downstairs.. and the stairs!

Pigpen - turkey, ours is a 9.2kg, says to feed 16 to 18. Glad the oven is getting sorted.
Thanks everyone for the reminder re birthdays. It is my Dads next week and I have forgotten to send a present yet.
I did do the 3.30-4 challenge - emptied TD, filled TD, stripped beds and filled WM. Cooked bolognese sauce for tea and froze some stuff from the fridge before it went off.

Since I last posted I have decluttered, polished & hoovered the LR it is now all sparkly & clean & cleared of clutter if anyone dares to make a mess before Thurs they will be in big trouble.
freezer tea cooking in the oven and then its the dining room (its been a bit of a dumping ground for the last couple of weeks so not looking forward to that one)
not going to look at tomorrows list until I have Mondays finished and more crossed off todays.0 -
think we're almost done here, apart from a trip to the town hall to empty the bin...have now had an email saying it won't be done. DH says we can't withold our council tax as it will affect our credit rating...

Just got back from Asda and it wasnt too bad as Id heard it was heaving earlier today. DD stood for an hour and twenty minutes in the Iceland queue.
Have opened all my my flylady cards. THANK YOU EVERYONE. I was so touched reading each one and thinking what lovely people you all are. SPECIAL THANKS TO LIL_ME AND YOUR TWO WONDERFUL BOYS.
Been to see mum and she was fine. Loved the outfit Ive got her for xmas day.
Im going to start finishing the wrapping now and put a wash in. I will be one happy bunny when the wrapping is finished.
