Will need to find something to store this moonsand stuff in aswell..................

In the bin! It is awful stuff. I threw it away after the first time and they are still moaning a year on. Took ages to get it out of the carpet and it didn't do anything at all for the hoover.

I am reliably informed that Jellibath stuff is just as bad.

The Morrison's here starts the big reductions about 5:30 / 6 p.m. That's when I usually get bakery stuff (rolls, bread, doughnuts, cakes, pies, etc.) for between 10p and 50p. My class love it when the doughnut 5 packs are reduced to around 15p :D Any stuff left in the chiller that was reduced a little earlier in the day gets put down to well under a pound too, but there isn't usually that much.

Valli you should have it now.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

I have just had the dragon on the phone - she was meant to be having the day with me tomorrow - now I have to admit I was dreading it but there were plenty of places with sales on that she would have enjoyed and we would have had a nice lunch somewhere too - generally it wouldnt have been too bad - but NO - she has just said "there is nothing that I need to come over for" - so she doesnt want to spen d time with her daughter - fine - I have changed my day for tomorrow so I was free - GGGRRRHHHHHH - no the only reason she was coming was to change a jacket in M&S and she did it in edinburgh today -I am well miffed if all I am good for is a shopping guide to M&S - I think I will have to go and find chocolate!!!!!

    *rant over* ...sorry!!

Summermoon my facebook thing was to do with the toy invasion but I have given up, for now. I need to clear out. I can't with them here or they'll bring it back/scream etc. Chicken we got through loads of, I love to use it instead of mince in bolognekid style sauce or lasagne...then of course enchiladas, tortillas etc aswell. You know me and embb will be bugging you asking which shop you work in and when they do reductions (all the shops round here are usually rubbish! 20p off something that's £5 and stuff which is useless) Hope it helps you save money aswell as earn it.

Stationary :o I've been terrible since I was a kid, we have LOADS of pens, pencils, paper etc which I never throw away.

MOON SAND !!!!!! DID I BUY THAT FOR!!!! What a stupid idea, DS2 has it all over the utility, I hate the feel of sand, it's gastly! Oh well the quicker it ends up on the floor the quicker I can vacuum it up, he's banned from taking it upstairs as I know what will happen

Kids scoffing, soft rolls (recipe on GC thread) rising just hope they turn out ok. I couldn't be bothered to go to the shop and needed some so thought may aswell make them as I also have oodles of flour (dated Dec 08!) Kitchen cleaned/tidied in all the manky roasting pans washed twice, slicer (which is a godsend!) cleaned and away.

Managed the list so far, kids have had no junk and neither have I (DP ate basics chocolate as I banned him from the nice stuff and he's a chocaholic!) have had soup this afternoon (had to make something as Mam sort of expects feeding when she comes here after work, she only gets a small break on a Sunday so always appreciates it) and having curry later so that's 2 meals, sorry breakfast isn't something I do easily but 2 meals better than the one I usually have.

my thoughts exactly!!!and dont get me started on bindeez:mad:
