Soapie - here's a link to a sausage making requisits site. I've not used them yet but do intend to. I used to make my own sausages many years ago (when Ashia was so small she can't remember).

I have a few recipies I think - especially a good one for Cumberland sausage, which when made correctly has no cereal in at all!! just minced belly pork and the right combination of spices!

Let me know if you are interested and I'll see if I can find them.

Chicken we got through loads of, I love to use it instead of mince in bolognekid style sauce or lasagne...then of course enchiladas, tortillas etc aswell. You know me and embb will be bugging you asking which shop you work in and when they do reductions (all the shops round here are usually rubbish! 20p off something that's £5 and stuff which is useless) Hope it helps you save money aswell as earn it.
    .

I work in Morrisons, they usually reduce any stuff like that in about the last 20 minutes of trading. Not as low tho, staff got it for 20p cos 'big boss man' (GM) said we could have anything we wanted that was left on the reducd rack. This was after we'd kicked out the last customer. Lucky me works on the late night shifts just before closing so I can get any goodies left over.

Anyhoo, kids in bed, living room looking almost habitable, kitchen okish, so I am going to chill out and watch TV or DP on his game.
Will keep checking back to see what Pigpen has in store for us tomorrow!!

Hey I think 10 things in HH is very good - I think thats more than I can do to be honest - have you counted the number of items and how many HH's you need - or is it too scary?
perhaps you will find things that can go straight in the charity bag so that will cut down the pile ....a little
    toots xx

It was more like 10 things in 40 mins :o Not counted the items yet but might as it could be a motivator! There are a few things to go on ebay, but I think they need a quick iron before I photograph them (maybe only the front though :D )!!

Three steps forward, 97 steps backwards. DH painted the newly plastered bedroom today - the dulux light reflecting paint is well worth the money. Great, only he went on to take out a number of stud walls from the middle section upstairs is a complete mess, we have no bedroom door, and you have to climb over a wood pile to get to the loo.

Serena/Dusty/anyone else who buys plants - have you ever bought perennials from Peter Nyssen? Always regretted using parkers/t & m so generally steer clear of young plants by post.

Anyway I must fill the DW, S&S the kitchen and then head off for a bath with the last of my Christmas books. Must go to the library tomorrow.

Froddington - I swear by my steam press for speeding the whole horrible ironing thing up. It was about £100 and I wouldn't hesitate to buy a new one if it died, even if we had to live on lentils for a month.

Last 20 minutes wow, that is late in the day, here the shops reduce by a tiny amount from the morning so they sell more at a higher price (makes me laugh as sometimes it's more expensive than the offers that are on) Sainsburys also let the staff have better reductions, my Mam sometimes fetches stuff over with her.

Think I will kick my 2 to bed soon, they're moaning on for chocolate and not getting it! Will need to find something to store this moonsand stuff in aswell..................
One day I might be more organised...........

They do reductions through the day as well, but that time is the best for great deals!!
