Actually, just discovered I can use breadcrumbs instead of rusk...
A friend of mine uses oats. Scrumdiddlyumptious. He makes the best sausages.
Our house? A tip. Not as bad as it has been, but not as good as it could be either :rotfl:
I'm joining the next 'flylady' thread, as I need to get my backside in gear and get organised after christmas. All I want to do, is sit there and eat quality street and watch films though *sigh*.

I've just been researching sausage making stuff on t'net. I really fancy making my own with the attachment to my new gizmo! I think I need casings and rusk. Anyone else made their own? Any tips?

The support and encouragement on here is brilliant - the best I have seen and the fact that we are all going slightly insane is a big help !!!!!

ok, need some ideas ladies.
