A friend of mine uses oats. Scrumdiddlyumptious. He makes the best sausages.

Our house? A tip. Not as bad as it has been, but not as good as it could be either :rotfl:

I've just been researching sausage making stuff on t'net. I really fancy making my own with the attachment to my new gizmo! I think I need casings and rusk. Anyone else made their own? Any tips?

If you can hunt out Mrs MacCawber(sp) she makes her own sausages. I'd love to do it!

Hi hawthorn - lovely name BTW - you will be very welcome to join us - I think we are all suffering from a bit of chaos just now!!! A new thread starts tonight so please jump in and join us -a new list is added evryday by our illustrious leader pigpen (please curtsey in her presence!!!) and you do it to whatever level you can manage - just make sure you read the very first post as it has all the helpful bits and abbreviations. Dont get too stressed - your house didnt get in amess overnight so it wont get tidy in a day!!! babysteps are the answer - little and often - dont try to do the whole house at once as you will wear yourself out and sicken yourself of housework too!!!
There is no such thing as failure here - post what you have done.
The support and encouragement on here is brilliant - the best I have seen and the fact that we are all going slightly insane is a big help !!!!!

welcome to the ever so slightly mad house!!!!
    toots xx
    Peace will be mine

Which bit soappie? The bit where Toots says we are all going 'slightly' insane, or the welcome to the 'slightly' madhouse? :rotfl: :rotfl:

I'm thinking the word 'going' could be wrong ;)

    Hawthorn - welcome
