Herein lies the problem, i received the letter today 7th Feb 09, date of letter is the 6th of January 09.

Has anyone else encountered this situation? I am a little less than impressed

If its acceptable to you then just sign it and state that you only just received it. It should be ok;)

I see your point here and I have not actually come across a comment like this myself, but if you happy with the offer, tell them you have signed or due to sign the documentation and would require more time, as this is not fault of yours why you have only now received this, if you get any problem here post back and someone will be able to help.;)
