Porting a number to another network

Hi

Is there a timelimit on porting a number from another network on to a contract deal? Currebtly on 02 and want to move to three but wont be able to request a PAC number until the end of the month, as i want to downgrade to the lowest tariff before buying out the remainder of my contract (or so they told me)

A PAC code normally lasts for 30 days.

But once you join a new network is there only a certain amount of time you can have been on the network after which they wont let you change numbers?

Eg. iF i join Three today and then a couple of months later decide to port one of my number sover, can that be done?

Not sure about that, maybe ring 3 and ask them, sorry can't be much more help.

Three allow you to port in at any time. Only thing to keep in mind is that your ported in number will not support video calling, Three will give you a seperate number if you need to use this service.
