Now everyone knows at the PORT that you are the tightest scotsman that has ever existed.:rotfl:
A bunch of blokes down the docks talking about which Socttish man was the 'tightest'. The mind boggles!0 -
Ah well at least you tried it.
A man should try everything once except incest and folk-dancing.......much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

It's late - are you on the wine?0 -
Nope - I'm not really one of life's drinkers. Last time I had a drink was New Year's Eve, the time before that, Christmas Day, and before that, many months - can't remember!...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0

If that line has significance for people beyond the Port, trying to prepare for survival during the slump ...
I know that it would be imprudent (if not breach of contract) to tell us what the line was, "in clear" so to speak, but would it be insensitive of me to suggest spelling it out with underscores (like in Hang The Man) and we suggest letters to fill it in. Such as E, to start with. We would probably see what it was before all the letters were filled in.YouGov: £50 and £50 and £5 Amazon voucher received;
PPI successfully reclaimed: £7,575.32 (Lloyds TSB plc); £3,803.52 (Egg card); £3,109.88 (Egg loans)0 -

As a poor lorry driver who regularly has to sit there for up to 24hrs because it's the wrong type of rain, snow, leaves etc, when are they going to sack all the workshy prats who work in the container port and employ some Thai dockworkers instead? Funny how the ports in Asia can operate in far worse weather conditions than Felixstowe.
The only reason Felixstowe is in trouble is because of the lazy bone idle gets they employ.Conor
