Watch out for v21 overcharging

I have been a v21 customer for nearly a year. I was checking my email account for dates when money was taken from my account. interestingly, money was debited from my account 11 times in 8 months. When I rang v21 customer service, they immediately offered me two months free, without referring up to a suprerior. This leads me to suspect that this covert overcharging may be systematic - if it was a one off, why would they have agreed so quickly without referring it up the chain. Moral of the story - watch out for those billing cycles!

Since my woes with E7even I have been actively reading loads of ISP discussion forums. I came across these threads about V21 yesterday.

V21 has a notorius wrong billing system.
It has made up payments and moved dates forward many many times. This is a very well known problem, which seems V21 does not want to solve. It is easier to refund a few customers that actually notice it rather than chage the system!0
