Had problems with their cat food today, of all things. Whiskas 12 can packs were ticketed at £4 on the shelves but scanned at £6.47 at checkout. Had bought 6 of them (good bargain imho) so was a bit out of pocket.
Customer Service lady couldn't be faulted, refunded the difference immediately.0
