I have just reported the idiot to Ebay so hopefully something will be done.

Please do the same and hopefully this user will not waste anyone else's time and money.

    Hey VH,
How do i go about reporting them to ebay.

    Thanks IAN
P.S. Did you notice that RITAWILLIAMS2 has only been a member since 3rd and maybe thats why no one (as of yet) has had chance to leave feedback.

Report them here. If enough people complain then they will (hopefully) get suspended.

I wouldn't bother emailing the other sellers unless you really feel the need - you could be reported yourself for auction interference so I wouldn't get involved.

However please do leave negative feedback to warn others against this person.

People are so paranoid about auction interference. Given that she's blatantly a fraudster she is NOT going to report anyone for interference and if she does, ebay aren't going to do you for it.

It's not the scamster that's the problem - she will not know if you report her. If you email the sellers and warn them about the scam, believe it or not, some will actually report you to EBay for interference. Some people are so greedy that they are blind to the fact that they're being scammed. I contacted a buyer who had paid £250 for a link, when he thought he was getting a laptop - the guy replied and said I was talking out of my rear and threatened to report me!!! I hope he paid every penny of the £250 for his link! Since then I don't bother warning people - if they are silly enough not to read what they're getting then they will learn a lesson.

OK, point taken. But still, I would hope that ebay aren't going to suspend you if your "interference" relates to such a blatant fraudster.

Ebay make such a deal out of being a community, and then treat any attempt to behave in a community-sensitive way as abuse!

The funniest I ever saw was some silly git who Paid £120 for an Crystal Xbox box and then complained they only received and empty box when the auction title said Xbox box and said how they could impress their mates by walking round town with the box in a plastic bag to make it look like they had the 'then rare' item ;D

    Some people ;D

Or the guy who paid £102 for a picture ;D
