Scam-yes or no?????

I have just had a new (zero feedback) ebay member buy my phone off me using the buy-it-no option on ebay today.
This is the reply i got after i told the buyer that the price only included shipping to the U.K.(as stated in the auction) and she is in the netherlands.??
HERES THE REPLY.

let her pay and let her send UPS to you and give them a box of bricks.
If she's sending UPS to you then she / he will presumably be paying the delivery charge by weight and a box of bricks ain't light..

A classic EBay scam.

Money appears to have cleared into your account, Fedex picks up the mobile phone, your banks calls and says that they have discovered funds are dodgy - they cancel funds.

No phone, no money. :-[

Mobile phone sales attract tons of these idiots.

Seems she/it has alredy managed to scam another mobile phone seller.
I have sent that seller a email asking if they can get there ebay seller fees back or not.
Will check this evening to see if she/it has managed to scam anyone else.

I think everyone who is bad should be named and shamed!! I make a list of bad people and put them in my "blocked list"

I dread the day I get a "Nigerian" email!

You shouldn't do if you claim NPB, perhaps contact the other people she has bid on and get them to do the same....although she has one neg she may have one strike!! ...contact the person in her feedback list as he requests people to!!

If you do a search on items by bidder, you will notice that the buyer has won nearly 25 auctions in the last 30 days. Link here. Every one is for a mobile phone!!!

I don't believe that only one of these sellers has left negative feedback for this buyer. This type of thing really p*sses me off - if all these people have indeed been scammed then they should leave negative feedback to warn others. I got a non-paying bidder the other day - I later found out that he had done it before, but the other sellers hadn't bothered to neg him. I would have cancelled his bid if I had known and now it's cost me time and damaged my feedback.

People should stop worrying about their feedback ratings and warn others.
