Snapfish cancelled my order

I would be mad too. I have ordered two collage mugs from snapfish to be collected from Klick. Unfortuatly Klick has gone bust and dont know where my mugs are. I waited 35:mad: minutes on the phone this morning to snapfish waiting for them to answer before I finally got fed up and hung up. I appriciate its not their faul;t that Klick have gone under but an email or call to let me know where my order is would have been nice. I ordered this on the 1st December as well so its not like they've not had time. If you find someone to complain to please let us know.
