My best win this year is probably the weekend away that I won. I chose Bournemouth and we had a lovely 2 nights there and visited Monkey World on the way back which I've always wanted to visit.

I've won some lovely prizes though no 'biggies' yet. I would love to win a holiday as we can't afford to go or some cash. Either would be great :)

My best prize has to be the Real Deal win of £3600.
It cleared most of my debts and I was still able to treat myself and my 3 DDs.

I have had some lovely wins this year which I am so grateful for. I would NEVER have been able to afford the stuff I have won.

In 2009 I would most like to win another cash prize. Sounds greedy i know, but I would love to take my 3 DDs on their 1st ever holiday.

Thanks to all who post and good luck to all in 2009 :D

    Started diehard comping in November.

One and only win of 2008 is a cadburyselecton pack from the cadburys carnival game.

In 2009 hope to win absolutely anything, as i love receiving parcels and things for free. :rotfl:
But would love any electrical stuff or money!!!

What lovely reading this thread has been, thank you everyone who has contributed and especially to Ryan for starting it :)

My best prize has been £1000 of garden centre vouchers -huge thanks Catz :D. They turned up on Christmas eve, so now burning a hole in my pocket :D

Many thanks to everyone who has contributed to posting. I apologise for my lack of time on the board this year. It has been a year of upheavals for me. Hopefully more settled in 2009. Really appreciate you all :)

Well, I can finally tell you about my best win of the year - huge thanks to Catz:T

Back in September we all entered a competition on Classic FM and each day they were giving away 2 Macbooks and 2 ipod nano.

I won on the Wednesday, I think, but couldn't announce it on here as my DS was desperate for a laptop for Christmas and I decided to keep it for him. Cheeky monkey is always on here checking my signature to see what I have won for him!!!!

If anyone can remember the post, I was the mystery winner who PM'd Catz and asked her to add a note onto the thread.

Incidently I can't seem to get it connected to my router so poor son is sitting with it connected up to the net the old fashioned way with a cable at the moment. Will have to phone aol tomorrow and I just know it will be a nightmare

Hope you are all having a great Christmas day:beer::j:rotfl:

I'm really torn on this one, and just can't choose between my two favourites, so they get joint best prize of 2008: a weekend away near Brighton, which is a place I absolutely love and came at a time when things were very tight for us; the other half of the title is the weekend camping passes to Wakestock at Blenheim Palace. We had an absolutely brilliant time there and got to see Groove Armada & Pendulum as well as loads of others, plus the weather was lovely for it, so we really got lucky with that one!

What I'd like to win for 2009 - First on the list is a holiday or experience/tickets like the Wakestock ones. Doesn't have to be a big holiday or tickets to anything, but I really love being able to get away somewhere. :)

    Total to date - £309.15
March wins - Leaves of Grass DVD
