Good Morning, the News of the World contains a family GI Diet booklet on the last few pages is 2 money off vouchers redeemable at Tescos:

£1.00 off Tesco Low GI Diet bar 5 pack (almond and redberry/apple and blackberry)

£0.30p off Tesco Low GI Diet ready to drink (strawberry/blackcurrant and blueberry)

Only one coupon per product purchased, subject to availability, valid until 5th February 2006. They are barcoded but are also Tesco specific vouchers.

No coupons in the Mail on Sunday or Independent on Sunday as far as I could see.

However, the edition of the Mail that I saw, did not have the advertised '10-Day GI Diet Book' in it. Instead, it had a card with a telephone number to call to obtain a free copy of the book (there appear to have been production problems). I suppose one could call this number, regardless of whether they have bought the newspaper or not. The card states: 'To get yours, simply phone 0800 200 240, free of charge, leave your name, address and postcode, and we will post it to you - absolutely free'.

Should just add that the helpline to get the free Mail on Sunday GI book is only open from 8am - 8pm, although you can also email them at helpline@mailonsunday.co.uk
