I have been getting free newspaper vouchers for ages now, some of these tips I got from here but most I discovered through trial and error and through Google.
The Sun was always the best as it was free and I only got it for the free TV guide inside on Sat or Sun.
There are a few more I am currently experimenting with and will update when they are proven:
Mirror: No longer issue vouchers.
Sun: No longer issue vouchers for completly free sun and news of the world (until recently they would send two weeks of free vouchers) but will issue two sheets of vouchers worth £1.50 off (10p off sun normally 30p & 15p off NOTW). They do not take internet or printed vouchers but are good at accepting out of date vouchers. you will always get two weeks worth so dont send too many at a time for exchange, you can get away with just a couple. the address is freepost!
This is voucher exchange, so send them other papers vouchers and they will exchange them for Sun vouchers.

Thanks Murtle I just did. Is it OK to cross post like that?

Tony
Sometimes posts belong equally in two different boards and it would be a shame if people missed out on a good offer.
If the same post keeps on being posted across lots of different boards, then it is obviously classed as spam.0 -
Or you can do an abbreviated version including a link to the original message!0

thanks Murtle, I did that and it appears to have been well received.0

I would just like to say 'thank you' for an excellent informative post. Very good - if time consuming! - work!0 -
Tony, I don't understand how you get the Sun ones in the first place
Do you apply for the other ones, then send them to The Sun for an exchange?
Or can I write and request some money off vouchers at the address you mentioned?

Sorry, your right the Sun do Voucher exchange so you need to send them vouchers. It used to be ideal as you could get money off from everyone elso then exchange them for free papers from the sun but now they too only do money off so unless you like the sun then there is no point (except that they dont mide out of date vouchers:D )
I will edit my first post to make it clear
Thanks Tony.0 -
Oh and I guess if you want lots as they exchange just one or two vouchers for two weeks worth..0

If you live near a univ with a campus shop just go there and pick up your paper at student prices (20p for most broadsheets).0
