Advice Please! W800i Contract @ OSPS

Hi everyone,

Im looking for a bit of advice. I am in two minds of ordering with onestopphoneshop as i have heard that they don't give people their cashback. Well, I also read on here that you can take them to the small claims court and they will pay up and your £30 you paid to HMCS.
What evidence would i need if i was to take them to SCC?

By the way...A bit of advice on the deal.... is it good? - (OSPS)

W800i, Normal line rental = £20pm + 5 months free. - This would be ideal for me as it is a cheap contract and i wouldnt need to pay £30+.
