I think it helps if you're registered already and logged in. I've just managed to do 3 separate bookings ok, a bit slow but got there in the end.

What a ridiculous farce. Surely they could have done something to beef up their server, knowing how popular this offer was going to be.

Don't suppose it matters to them...... they still get bookings from the 'fastest fingers' and the early birds.

Always take a print of your confirmation when you turn up at your hotel. I stayed in 3 lodges last week and each time they couldn`t find me on the system.
Good luck with your bookings.I got a week at Marylebone and 5 days at Covent Garden in August. But I did get up at 4.30.

i think the techies have woken up and changed the server busy message to limit more people getting on and stop it hanging half way through booking - either that or the site is down
