I was looking on their website last night around 10pm and the £9 room I wanted was showing and I could book it but my laptop crashed went back on and the £9 room had gone! :mad:

I kept trying and lots of other £9 rooms were available but not where I wanted. Thought I'd try again this morning incase they were still updating the system but cannot even access their website and by the look of things people are not having much luck booking anyway, what a mess. Wishing I had just booked the room for £22 now as still cheap for the 4 of us.

Their website is rubbish.

Once it lets you in it should NOT then give you a server busy message!

At least with Debenhams, Fat Face, Next etc they keep you in once you've got in.

I can't believe you can get in, choose dates etc and go to pay only to be told the server's busy and you lose your dates.

Don't give up. I've been trying since 7am and just managed to get a couple of nights in Derbyshire in August for £18.

I have been closing my browser window, opening another and retyping the url in, and I've been getting in now and again. I've managed to book three weekends away, but am struggling to get onto the site for my fourth but can't get far enough to make a booking.

I never got anywhere by refreshing - try opening new browsers and retyping the url.

Can't believe you're all having so many problems. I logged on this morning and booked a couple of nights within minutes.

Don't keep clicking links. Click once and give it time. Obviously its a busy time for the site. Patience, people.

Tried that too. Even tried going to the email they sent me and clicked through that..... Same messages come up.

Finally booked.... 4 nights London for £19 a night and its Whit bank holiday weekend!!
