Travelodge £9 rooms from 30th December

Argh! - after spending a couple of hours with the map book planning where we could use rooms over the summer break, I went to bed last night saying to DH that I mustn't forget this (have a busy day), and what happens - I remember about it after he's gone out with the bank card in his wallet :eek:


At least he'll be back around 10 - but the waiting is killing me :doh:

Tried all the suggestions but I am getting conflicting results.
The Mobile one still says £60 per night.
The main site (briefly ) showed 3 mins ago that I could get a saver room for £19 on the Sunday. Now that I want to book it with other dates, Thursday to Monday it shows as £49.

Confused.

2009 must be going to be my year - I've managed to get 5 rooms throughout the summer.

2 in London
1 in Manchester
1 in Chester
1 in Harrogate

I had this problem earlier, presumibly cus they had sold out by time i'd loaded mobile site, but as there are that many in London I just chose a different one and luckily got them for £19 a night on mobile site.

Think its a case of keep trying

Finally managed to get my room so we can visit Drayton Manor Park with the kids and ended up with 3 nights at £9 each so pleased that we also booked for MK another 3 nights at £9 each. :j It took about an hour in the end but most of that was me reading up on hotel and the actual boking bit was pretty fast.

I found that I couldnt access the yellow tab at the top (rooms from £9) or the ice cream logo the the left of the screen but it would let me search if I used the search in the middle of the screen. I entered the location and entered that I wanted a 7 night stay so it bought up all available in that area and price per night. Okay if like me you only have a few dates you can go on but probably not ideal if you are searching the whole of May, June, July and August!!

It's a pity the Scarborough TL isn't on the mobile link, don't think it opens up until May 09 though.

Managed to get 2nts Brighton seafront and 1nt Oxford for £9 each using mobile address.Great result!!

He's just got back - in time for me to get kicked out on the checkout page.

I've got to go through it again and hope the rooms are still there, but at least I have the card for when they are.

All this for a day at the NRM and a view of Stonehenge, lol :rotfl:
