That usually indicates the file is bad. But before deleting it, do this...
    1. Go to your I:
    2. Locate dnetinstall.exe
    3. Right-click and select Properties
    4. Select the Version tab, if available
    5. Make a note of the Copyright and Company info
    Post the details here.

The I drive is infact the cd/dvd drive which I find very strange.

    I forgot you mentioned that!

Do you have a CD or DVD inside your CD/DVD drive? If you right-click the I: and select Open, what happens?

No there is no disk in the drive, right clicking just tells me to insert a disk.

Also I keep fixing those 2 problems on hijack and restarting but they keep coming back.

To be honest thanks everyone for your help but the in laws are quite happy with there faster computer I'm not going to let it bug me to much.

OK! The HijackThis entries coming back because you did not disable Windows Defender; it is preventing the entries from being removed in the registry.
