Talking Mobiles (Walsall) - Who are they ???

I have a T Mobile contract and received a voicemail from "Talking Mobiles" saying that they 'handle' T Mobile upgrades and that if I call them I can get an upgrade.

They have no website and I only tracked them down by Googling their phone number.

I assume that this is some sort of scam intended to part me from my money. Has anyone else dealt with them ?
